8det reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including upon registration, before processing a withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected. Documents may include a valid CNIC, passport, proof of address or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension.
Upon registration, you will select a base account currency. Pakistani users may select PKR where supported. Currency conversion fees may apply if your selected currency differs from the currency of a specific product or market. 8det reserves the right to void any bet placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error, system error or data feed failure. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to your account. Settlement decisions are final once confirmed and recorded in your account transaction history.
For cricket markets — including PSL, ICC T20 World Cup, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — settlement is based on the official result declared by the governing body (BCCI, PCB, ICC or equivalent). In the event of abandonment or a result that cannot be officially confirmed, 8det's trading team will apply the rule set published for that market category.

The 8det name, logo and all related trade names, trademarks, service marks and trade dress are trademarks of 8det. You are not permitted to use any such marks without prior written consent.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8det, its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages — including without limitation loss of profits, data, goodwill, service interruption or other intangible losses — arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform.
8det's total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) PKR 5,000 — whichever is lesser.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 8det does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
8det reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason it deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, KYC non-compliance, bonus abuse, regulatory requirement or commercial decision.
You may close your Account at any time by submitting a written request to the 8det support team at the contact details provided in Section 17. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (subject to completion of KYC verification and no outstanding investigations) will be returned to you via a verified withdrawal method. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 2, 12, 13 and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 8det holds its operational licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable territory.
Pakistani users acknowledge that local courts may have concurrent jurisdiction over certain matters. The invocation of foreign governing law in these Terms does not exempt users from obligations under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.
Before initiating formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact the 8det support team to attempt resolution of any dispute informally. Most account and transaction issues can be resolved at the support level without formal intervention.
8det reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, 8det will provide reasonable notice — which may take the form of a notice displayed prominently on the Platform or an email to the address registered with your Account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 14.2.
